Hanna's Home

Hanna and her husband live on a sprawling property on the Maine coast — an 1830s farmhouse with rambling additions over the years, two beautiful old barns, and stone walls galore. It is a never ending project and a laboratory for Hanna’s aesthetic explorations. The initial phase included two new bathrooms with handmade tiles, restoring all of the plaster walls with New Age Artisans plaster, bringing in locally milled red birch floors, and a cheerful laundry room (for all the laundry a new baby brings to a home). These images capture the current state of the house.
